We are a rapidly growing customer focused software and services company located in Southern New Jersey that provides development, applications, strategy and hosting services to our diverse and rapidly growing customer base. With particular expertise in web services and data messaging, Lime Systems is an authority at leveraging new technologies to solve complex business issues. Development and implementation projects are accomplished using our Lime Tree methodology and our CDS product which results in rapid time to ROI for our clients. History
Lime Systems began as Digimax Development and was founded in 1997 to bring web development and design to companies both large and small who were in the process of establishing their web presence. As a result of these early days they realized that business needed a better way to communicate over the web directly with their customers. Digimax then developed and released their first product, “Tray Tool” which was designed for installation on a users PC and came with a branded mouse and allowed business to communicate with customers in a method and scale never before possible. After the release of Tray Tool, Digimax realized that there had to be a better way to develop and deploy advanced sites using XML technologies. This realization led Digimax to develop and release CDS which is an XML based web development environment which allows fully XML based sites to be developed up to 200% faster with greater quality than before. After changing our name to reflect a broader focus, Lime Systems is solely focused on providing small, medium and dispersed business and organizations products and services which enable them to connect with their customers better and collaborate more effectively across the organization. With products and services around development, applications, strategic consulting and hosting Lime Systems has positioned itself squarely in an ever expanding market with products and services that business want and need to succeed.

Executive Team
William E. Swank, Jr., President and Chief Executive Officer brings over 20 years of technology and management experience to Lime Systems. Prior to joining Lime Systems, Mr. Swank held the position of Director at Verticalnet where he successfully led multiple project teams, worked to ensure successful project ROI and on time project delivery. Mr. Swank also served in the capacity of CFO for a market leading legal software company as well as Director or Information Technology for a prominent Philadelphia law firm. Client engagements at Global 2000 companies have included IKEA, DaimlerChrysler, Illinois Tool Works, along with government clients such as the United States Army Corps of Engineers. Bill is working to complete his MBA in Accounting and Finance from Temple University and is active with the Philadelphia affiliate of the Institute for Supply Management.

Eric J. Shugarts, Vice President, Technical Operations brings solid software development, architecture and engineering talents to Lime Systems. Mr. Shugarts is the visionary behind our ASP and hosting offerings and is responsible for overseeing development, hardware architecture and engineering. Prior to joining Digimax, Mr. Shugarts was an Information Technology Director at Omnient where he was responsible for hosting, and client software and hardware deployments. Eric has experience working in NT Workstation/Server 4.0, Internet Information Server 4.0, Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Proxy Server, Microsoft DNS/DHCP Server, IMail, Windows 9x, Unix, C/C++, HTML. Mr. Shugarts has over 8 years of technical management experience.

Investor Relations
Lime Systems, a division of Digimax Multimedia, Inc., is 100% privately held and has been growing and profitable every quarter since January, 2004. We focus on providing innovative and market edge development, applications, strategic consulting and hosting to the Information Technology and other industries. We have concentrated on building a profitable business and all expansion has been funded internally.

At this time, Lime Systems does not have any plans to take the company public. Accordingly, there are no opportunities to purchase stock or securities in Lime Systems. We are open-minded and thus will, naturally, constantly evaluate the ever-changing business environment for opportunities to make Lime Systems grow faster. But, again, we currently have no plans in place to allow for the purchase of stock or securities in Lime Systems. Accordingly, although we are not actively seeking outside investment partners, major investor entities that wish to sway our minds are free to send us your proposals addressed to investor relations. In conclusion, if we someday move Lime Systems from a privately held company to a public company, any such news will likely be posted here first. However, Lime Systems is still 100% private and currently with no stock or securities to issue.
