This solution features a configured www site that will allow users who do not have HTML experience to change and update the content of a web site or intranet. The product features full WYSIWYG editing and copy/paste from Word. We offer this product on either an installable or ASP basis. Field Management
We have released our latest version of Field Management System 2004 designed for the installation, maintenance and repair of field service personnel. If you have a dispensed equipment repair organization and wish that they were fully connected through the web to the maintenance and repair records of the equipment this application is for you. The application features a full web interface as well as synchronization capabilities in the event that the Internet is unavailable. Your customer service team has the ability to enter dispatches which are then communicated to your field personnel who is then able to access the prior repair and maintenance of the equipment to be serviced. The application also features a problem and solution function which will collect and make repair problem knowledge available when it is needed in the future.
